This year, India celebrates its 77th Independence Day, marking 76 years of freedom. The students of Indian School Muscat, Pre Primary Section celebrated this special day with pride in their hearts and promise in their souls for their Motherland on August 14, 2023. The programme was attended by the Vice Principal, Pre primary section, Mrs Prema George, Assistant Vice Principal, Primary section, Mrs Bindu Saji, the staff and students of Pre Primary section and the families of the performing class.

The little patriots of KG II - E mesmerized the audience with a perfect display of patriotism. They regaled everyone with the glorious past of our country. Children dressed as freedom fighters enthralled the audience raising the patriotic fever. The energetic dance performance by the little ones was a sight to behold. The audience gave a thunderous applause for the lovely programme by these children, trained by their class teacher, Mrs Dorothy D Souza under the able guidance of the Vice Principal.













The Vice Principal, Mrs Prema George later addressed the audience and applauded the efforts of the teacher and students. She also appreciated the team work and support of all the teachers in the execution of such amazing programmes. The Vice Principal thanked the parents for their unwavering cooperation and encouragement and wished everyone a Happy Independence Day.
The Indian School Principal, Dr Rajeev Kumar Chauhan, encouraged and appreciated the staff and students for a job well done and wished them many more successful events.
